These terms govern your use of BrainVault. By using the service you agree to them. This is a starter template — final commercial terms should be confirmed with your contract.
Your account
You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Workspace admins manage who can access a workspace and what role they hold.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to breach security or another organisation's data, and no interference with the service's operation.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you put into your workspace. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and display it to your workspace and to operate the service.
AI features
AI suggestions are assistance, not decisions or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it. See the AI Data-Use Policy.
Availability & changes
We aim for high availability but the service is provided “as is” without warranties beyond those required by law. We may update features and these terms; material changes will be communicated.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
