Modules
Some modules (Council, Governance, Knowledge, Files) are switched on per workspace, and Chat, Marketplace, Inventor Portal and Leaderboard are still in beta. Ask us to enable what your organisation needs.
Response times
We aim to reply to support requests within one business day. This is a goal, not a guarantee, unless a separate agreement says otherwise.
