Onboarding & implementation
Advanced modules (Council, Governance, Knowledge, Files) and beta modules (Chat, Marketplace, Inventor, Leaderboard) are configured per workspace during implementation. Ask us to enable what your organisation needs.
Response times
We aim to acknowledge support requests within one business day. Implementation and enterprise customers may have specific service levels in their agreement.
