AI Data-Use Policy

BrainVault has an Advisor that helps sharpen ideas and answer strategy questions. This policy explains what it uses and its limits.
What the Advisor does
It suggests clarifying questions, drafts wording, summarises discussions and finds related ideas and documents. It suggests; people decide.
Where it runs today
At the moment the Advisor runs on built-in rules on our own servers. Nothing is sent to an outside AI company.
If an AI provider is connected
We will name the provider on this page before it is switched on. For each request, only the text needed for it is sent, for example: the idea being worked on; your workspace's business profile and the names of its documents; excerpts from knowledge articles, ideas and documents that match a question; the comments in a discussion being summarised (the comment text only, not who wrote each one); or decisions and scores being written up as minutes.
We will only use providers whose business terms say they don't use this data to train their models. We don't use your workspace content to train AI models ourselves.
What it won't do
It doesn't set money figures: values come from the figures your team enters. It doesn't make decisions, guarantee results, or claim certification, legal compliance or regulatory approval.
Controls
AI use is counted against each workspace's monthly credits and limited to prevent abuse. AI output is shown as a suggestion for a person to check before it is used.
